The Short Version
Calculator inputs stay in your browser. We never see your numbers. We collect only what we need to run the site, answer messages, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell personal data.

Calculator use
Numbers you type into a calculator are processed in your browser. They are not sent to us, stored by us, or linked to you.
Contact form and email
If you contact us, we collect your name, email address, subject, and message, only so we can reply and fix what you reported.
Site usage and analytics
If analytics is used, we see basic aggregated information such as pages visited, device type, and country-level location. It does not identify you by name. We may use a privacy-friendly tool or Google Analytics.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, understand use, and for future ads. See our Cookie Policy.
Server logs
Our hosting may keep short-term logs such as IP address, browser, and pages visited for security. We do not use them to profile you.

Advertising

How Long We Keep Data
- Contact messages: as long as needed to reply and follow up, mostly 12 months or less.
- Analytics: aggregated data up to 26 months.
- Server logs: kept for a short period, then deleted or anonymised.
- Calculator inputs: not stored.

Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. To make a request, email contact@calckits.online. We may ask for the email you used so we can confirm it is you. We will respond within a reasonable time. You may also complain to your local authority.
Children
This is a general-audience site. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If a child has sent us data, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the site changes, for example if we add analytics or ads. The last updated line at the top shows when it changed. We will note material changes here.
